The negotiations for Federal grants will be interesting.

I’m really looking forward to the FERC endgame on this dam. Should be a lot of fun. So much negligence, it’s hard to decide where to begin. The best outcome would be that the corrupt Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (http://www.mwdh2o.com/) have some of its rights diminished. Even better would be a complete water rights system reset in the state of California: take the hodgepodge of senior, junior, riparian, appropriative, reserved, and pueblo rights, and figure out how to satisfy best use of the water Commons. Oh whooops, my bad, I just showed my innate communism. Off to Siberia for me.
