Lucille “Lucy” van Pelt was arrested today at her roadside psychiatric office after the Nevada County District Attorney’s office filed criminal charges for practicing psychology without a license. After being booked into the Wayne Brown jail, van Pelt procured the services of lawyer Charles Brown, who was immediately arrested for practicing law without a license.

I’ll bet they were turned in by Steve Enos, the one-man “Police Blotter.”
So when do they arrest Obama and Romney for practicing politics without a clue? Maybe that just happens in cartoons? Well, both of those guys certainly qualify as does Boehnert, Reid, Pelosi, Boxer, at least 3/4ths of both Houses of Congress, and the entire Supreme Court.
