It’s almost March again, and this Saturday is packed with things to do. At 9:30am the annual St. Piran’s Day festivities are held at the MillSt. Mall. At 12:30 historian Hank Meals will speak on the history of Camptonville at the Helling Library in Nevada City. At 2:30 the Mardi Gras parade begins downtown, and this year the Merry Widows will honor my late wife, Mary Ann.
