Will The Progressives Become The Prosthetics?

Howdy, folks. February has been a lost month for me. I was down with some kind of creeping crud that I picked up on my visit to the state capitol, and also trying to install a new computer. I’ve recovered from the illness, and will hopefully be up to date with Windows 10 in a few more days.

In the meantime, I’ll be watching the Democrats shred each other in Vegas tonight. Viva la revolution!

  1. Chris Peterson says:

As I watched, I was rather amused that, with the exception of Buttigieg, all of the candidates seemed genuinely offended that the others would attack their record, even when taken out of context. ‘Scuse me, but isn’t that why you’re there? To expose the faults of your competition while making yourself look presidential? Reacting like someone just ran over your cat is hardly what we’re looking for to replace Emperor Tang in the White House.
I suppose many of their reactions have to do with a format that allows you to respond only when you’re being slammed, but that just makes the candidates jump up and down, waving their arm in the air like a third grader who knows the answer to the question.
Also, a shout out to Chuck Todd for asking the bonehead question of the night: will you allow the candidate with the most delegates after the primaries to take the nomination at the convention? Unsurprisingly, only the front runner said yes.
    Duh.
