   And when you normalize such Nevada County incidents on a rate basis as, say, the usual number per hundred thousand population, our community may then really stand out in the overall scheme of things.

     Having followed police blotter for decades, I think I can safely say these entries are more the norm than the exception. It’s not just here either. The fabric of society is unraveling.

   One of the best police blotters in a while! I love it that the reporter focused on her candy coating and nothing else.
