The Nevada County Planning Commission proposes to fine or imprison those who attempt to camp out on public land. Now I know they are thinking about fire danger, trash and trespassing, but it’s more likely to push people deeper into the forests to escape detection.
Lately, I’ve seen a rise in evictions around these parts. Good luck finding anything affordable, or anything at all. When will California get serious about building REAL affordable housing?
