     We ARE doing “something”, Terry. With our help, the Kurds have cut off the supply line to ISIS, and defeated them in several battles of late, splitting their territory in two. What we’re doing is working; and that’s exactly why ISIS is striking out at new targets.
     How ’bout this:
     How about we work at cutting off their funds? Every report I’ve seen says that they’re swimming in money from the sale of oil and other products of their area. How ’bout we get the international community to declare that doing business with ISIS is an act of war? Like a modern-day siege, of sorts.

     That, together with the strategy already working, will destroy their movement in short order. We’ve already tried the “shock and awe” bullshit; let’s give this current plan a chance.

     I am not afraid, and I fully realize that what we are seeing is a reaction to our 50 year quest for energy dominance and our support of another religious state in their backyard. Only an idiot purposely steps on a snake, or as Clemens put it: “A man who carries a cat by the tail learns something he can learn in no other way.”
